  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point; your tracking information will automatically update once the parcel is scanned.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
